摘要
针对不同煤层硬度下截割阻力不同引起电机转速不稳定工作的问题,依据PID控制理论和模糊控制理论,采用模糊增益的参数自适应PID控制方法对截割电机调速系统进行控制,建立了截割电机模糊PID矢量控制系统模型,并给出了PID控制器参数随系统动态调整的控制策略,对电机转速有效控制,实现更高的精度要求。控制系统调整时间比传统控制时间短,且无超调产生,表明系统的跟随性稳定性较好。
In order to solve the problem of unstable rotation speed of the motor caused by different cutting resistance in different coal seam hardness,a fuzzy parameter-adaptive PID control method which based on PID control theory and fuzzy control theory is used to control the cutting motor speed control system.The fuzzy PID vector control system model of cutting motor was established,and the control strategy of PID controller parameters was dynamically adjusted along with the system.The strategy effectively controlled the motor speed and achieved higher precision requirements.The control system adjustment time is shorter than the traditional control,and no overshoot which indicated that the follow ability and stability of the system are better.
