摘要
目的 了解甘肃省某油田职业病危害因素的预期接触水平,为职业防护设备设计及企业职业卫生管理提供参考依据。方法 2018年9月,采用职业卫生现场调查法,了解甘肃省某油田职业病危害因素的种类;采用职业病危害因素检测评价法,评价职业病危害程度和危害防护设施等。结果 油田可能存在的职业病危害因素主要为噪声,各岗位职业病危害因素预期接触水平结果显示,除注水岗注水泵巡检岗位[90.8 dB(A)]和采油岗输油泵巡检位岗位[87.5 dB(A)]的接触噪声强度超标外,其余岗位接触职业病物理和化学危害因素均符合国家相关标准要求。结论 甘肃省某油田职业病危害因素关键控制点为物理因素噪声,关键控制岗位为采油岗和注水岗,在采取相应的职业病防护措施后,各岗位的职业病危害因素预期接触水平能够满足职业防治的相关法律、法规和标准的要求。
Objective To understand the expected exposure level of occupational hazards of an oilfield of Gansu Province,provide the scientific basis for the design of the occupational protection facilities and the occupational health management in enterprise.Methods In September 2018,the field investigation of occupational health was adopted to identify the species of the occupational hazards in the oilfield,and Field testing and appraisement of occupational hazard was used to evaluate the occupational hazard degree and hazard protection facilities.Results The potential occupational hazard in the oilfield was noise.The results of the expected exposure level of occupational hazards in each post showed that the noise intensity of the water injection pump inspection station[90.8 dB(A)]and the oil station pump inspection position[87.5 dB(A)]exceeded the standard,and the levels of physical and chemical hazards of other posts met the national occupational standards.Conclusion The critical control point of occupational hazards in an oilfield of Gansu Province is physical factor of noise,and the key posts are oil production and water injection.After taking corresponding protection measures,the expected exposure levels of occupational hazards at each post can meet the requirements of the relevant laws,regulation and stands for the prevention and control of occupational diseases.
