砷对神经系统影响及作用机制的研究进展

摘要 砷是一种存在于自然界的有毒物质。世界卫生组织(WHO)规定饮用水中砷的标准为10μg/L,然而,许多发展中国家水砷浓度超过此标准。近年来,随着生产生活中砷化物的广泛利用,人类砷暴露引起一些神经系统问题普遍受到关注。尽管神经系统有少量的砷蓄积,但基于神经系统的敏感性及损伤后不可逆性使其成为近年来的研究重点。本文针对砷对神经系统损伤及其作用机制进行综述,旨在为人群砷中毒的防治提供依据。 Arsenic is a toxic substance that exists in nature.The standard of arsenic in drinking water recommended by World Health Organization(WHO)is 10 ug/L.However,the content of arsenic in drinking water exceeds this standard in many developing countries.With the widespread use of arsenic in production and life in the recent years,a number of nervous system problems caused by human arsenic exposure have received widespread attention.Although there is a small amount of arsenic accumulates in the nervous system,it has become a research focus in recent years based on nervous system sensitivity and post-injury irreversibility.The paper reviews the nervous system damage caused by arsenic and its mechanism,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of arsenic poisoning in the population.
