耐高温型纤维增强塑料试验研究

摘要 对纤维增强塑料工程应用中采用的耐温型乙烯基酯复合材料在不同温度条件下展开研究,选取牌号为Atlac?590Z的基体树脂,制备试样S作为内衬层材料进行了高浓度硫酸介质加速腐蚀试验,测试浸泡前后试样的质量、巴氏硬度变化,并结合SEM表征材料内部性能衰减,结果表明,经过100℃、75%硫酸环境浸泡28 d后,试样的增重率为1.03%,巴氏硬度保留率在90%,试样外观无开裂、分层,材料内部纤维出现细小裂纹.同时,制备了结构层试样A、B和C,分别对材料在不同温度进行弯曲力学性能测试,结果表明,三种结构的试样,其最高使用温度在150℃. The performance of temperature-resistant vinyl ester resin composite material used in fiber reinforced plastic under different temperature conditions were carried out. The grade of Atlac?590 Z matrix resin was selected, and the sample S was prepared as an inner material. The accelerated corrosion test of high concentration sulfuric acid medium was carried out. The quality and hardness of the sample before and after immersion were tested, and the internal performance degradation of the material was also characterized by SEM. The results showed that after being soaked by 75% sulfuric acid at 100℃ for 28 days, the weight gain ratio of the sample was 1.03%, and the pasteurization retention ratio was 90%. The appearance of the sample was not cracked and not layered, but fibers inside the material were broken. At the same time, structural layer samples A, B, and C were prepared, the flexural mechanical properties of the materials were tested at different temperatures, the results show that the maximum operating temperature of the samples A, B and C with three kinds of structures is 150℃.
