摘要
单孔腹腔镜技术是目前妇科手术中最热门的话题,从经脐单孔到经阴道单孔,从人工单孔到达芬奇机器人单孔,机器人和单孔的组合给我们打开了一扇窗,带来了许多的可能性。但我们认为,机器人只是一种工具,单孔腹腔镜也只是一种手术方式,而人工智能(AI)才是单孔腹腔镜技术未来的发展方向。
Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery is currently one of the hottest topics in gynecological surgery.From transumbilical to transvaginal single-site surgery,and from artificial to Da Vinci robotic single-site platform,the combination of robot and single-site surgery set up an arena full of possibilities.However,we think that robots are just tools,single-site is just a surgical method,while artificial intelligence is the future direction of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery.
