精梳机钳口外纤维丛的研究

摘要 精梳机钳口外纤维丛的形态、长度、截面纤维根数对精梳的梳理效能、输出的纤维网质量水平及精梳条的质量具有重要影响。分析了给棉方式、给棉长度、落棉隔距、搭接刻度、小卷定量对钳口外纤维丛的影响。建立了钳口外纤维丛的受梳理模型,提出了单根纤维受梳理长度的概念和钳口外纤维丛形态的描述方法,并对单个分离丛进行了分析。试验结果表明:后退给棉的钳口外纤维丛长,纤维到达分离罗拉钳口的时间会提前,使分离丛长度增加,分离丛质量分布曲线峰值右移;增加精梳机的给棉长度,钳口外纤维丛长,纤维到达分离罗拉钳口的时间会提前,使分离丛长度增加,分离丛质量分布曲线峰值右移。 The shape,length and cross-section fiber number of comber nipper outer fiber bundle have an important influence on combing effectiveness,output fiber web quality level and combed sliver quality.The effects of comb feed style,feed length,noil gauge,lap scale and lap weigh on nipper outer fiber bundle are analyzed.A combing model of nipper outer fiber bundles is established,the concept of combed length for a single fiber,and a description method of nipper outer fiber bundle morphology are proposed,and a single separation fiber bundle is analyzed.The test results show that the length of the fiber bundle outside the jaw of the cotton is retracted,and the time to reach the detaching roller jaw is advanced,so that the length of the separation plexus increases,and the peak of the mass distribution curve of the separation plexus is shifted to the right;the length of the cotton of the comber increases.The length of the fiber bundle is long,and the time to reach the detaching roller jaw is advanced,so that the length of the separation plexus increases,and the peak of the separation mass distribution curve is shifted to the right.
