摘要
针对尼龙拉链尺寸人工检测存在检测精度和检测效率低且浪费劳动力的问题,研发了一种基于复合成像光路技术的拉链在线视觉检测系统。在研究光学成像的基础上,通过添加组合棱镜装置改变成像系统,实现利用一个CCD相机采集不同方向上的拉链的图像信息。然后对采集到的图像进行适当的处理和分析,并采用LabVIEW编写了系统软件,实现了对拉链尺寸的在线自动检测。实践证明,该系统能够替代传统的人工检测,提升拉链尺寸检测的准确性、高效性和稳定可靠性。
In order to solve the drawbacks in the manual detection of nylon zipper size,such as low detection accuracy,low detection efficiency and waste of labor,an online visual measurement system of zipper demension based on composite imaging optical path is developed.On the basis of studying optical imaging,the imaging system is changed by adding a combined prism device,and the image information of the zipper in different directions is acquired by using a CCD camera.Then the appropriate image processing and analysis are performed on the acquired image,and the system software is written in LabVIEW to realize online automatic detection of the zipper size.Practice proves that the system can be used to replace the traditional manual detection,improve the accuracy,efficiency and stability of the zipper size detection process.
