摘要
玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料被广泛应用在高电磁波透射性能材料中。为研究玻璃纤维织物在不同孔隙率条件下对电磁波透射性能的影响,利用小窗屏蔽效能测试方法分别测试开纤和未开纤的1080和2116玻璃纤维织物在9~11 GHz频率的电磁屏蔽效能值,并计算相应的电磁波透射率。结果表明:同规格玻璃纤维织物开纤后织物孔隙率减小,其电磁波透射性能也随之变弱。织物总紧度在85%~97%范围的4种玻璃纤维织物的电磁屏蔽值均小于0.8 dB,且频率在10 GHz左右时电磁屏蔽效能最低。计算得出,4种玻璃纤维织物在频率为10 GHz左右时的电磁波透射率最高超过99%,具有优异的电磁波透射性能。
Glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites are widely used in materials with high electromagnetic wave transmission properties.In order to study the effect of glass fiber fabric on electromagnetic wave transmission performance under different porosity conditions,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of fiber opening and not fiber opening fiberglass cloth at 9~11 GHz is tested by the small window shielding effectiveness test method,and the corresponding electromagnetic wave transmittance is calculated.The results show that after the fiber opening of the same specification,the porosity of the fabric reduces,and the electromagnetic wave transmission performance is also weakened.The electromagnetic shielding values of 4 kinds of glass fabrics with total tightness ranging from 85%~97%are less than 0.8 dB,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is the lowest at about 10 GHz.It is calculated that the electromagnetic transmittance of the four kinds of glass fiber fabrics is higher than 99%at the frequency of about 10 GHz,and the electromagnetic wave transmission performance is excellent.
