摘要
为开发金属纤维燃烧器载体,对铁铬铝金属长丝的织造技术进行了研究。首先,为改善铁铬铝长丝的可织性,对长丝进行包缠处理;然后选择合适的织物组织,织造了不同组织的织物;最后进行燃烧试验分析。结果表明:经花式捻线机包缠后的经纱开口清晰,可顺利织造;利用花式捻线机包缠后的纱线作为纬纱,可达到良好的织造效果;采用2上2下右斜纹组织,该组织与市场产品结构相似度高,织物紧密厚实;三层角联锁织物厚度较大,可用于强制鼓风式燃烧器,避免回火发生。
In order to develop the carrier of metal fiber burner,the weaving technology of Fe-Cr-Al filament is studied.Firstly,inorder to improve the weavability of Fe-Cr-Al filament,the filament is pretreated by wrapping.Then the appropriate fabric weave is selected,and the fabrics with different weaves are woven.Finally,combustion test analysis is carried out.The results show that the warp yarns wrappedby the fancy twisting machine have the clear shed and could be smoothly weaved;the yarn wrapped by the fancy twisting machine could beused as the weft yarn to achieve a good weaving effect;reinforced twill weaves 2/2↗is used,and the fabric should be tight and thick;the3-ply angle-interlock fabric could be used for forced blast burners due to its large thickness to avoid tempering.
