创伤失血性休克早期液体复苏研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 创伤失血性休克是一个从组织灌注不足向多器官功能障碍发展的连续过程,具有较高的发病率和死亡率。本文对液体复苏的方式和时机、复苏液体的种类选择和温度、等渗晶体液与高渗晶体液复苏等几个争议性的问题进行了阐述,并概括了近年来非液体复苏救治失血性休克的创新性探索,希望为临床医生救治创伤失血性休克患者提供一定的参考。 Traumatic hemorrhagic shock is a continuous process from tissue perfusion insufficiency to multiple organ dysfunction,with high morbidity and mortality.This article illustrates several controversial issues such as the way and timing of fluid resuscitation,the type and temperature of resuscitation liquid,the choice of isotonic or hypertonic crystal solution,and also summarizes the innovative exploration on the treatment of hemorrhagic shock by non-liquid resuscitation in recent years,hoping to help clinicians deeply understand traumatic hemorrhagic shock and its management.
