摘要
通过ProCAST软件对铝合金轮毂重力铸造过程进行模拟,研究了缩孔、缩松、温度场、固相率等因素对轮毂铸件品质的影响,分析了轮毂铸件中缺陷形成位置及原因,提出了增设冷铁和保温圈等改进工艺。结果表明,改进铸造工艺可减少铸件缺陷。
The gravity casting process of aluminum alloy wheels was simulated by the ProCAST software.The effects of shrinkage porosities,temperature field and solid phase rate on the quality of wheel castings were analyzed.The location and origination of defects in the aluminum alloy wheel hub were analyzed.The improvement measures such as adding cold iron and insulation coil were proposed.The results show that the improved process can reduce effectively casting defects.
