摘要
对离心铸造减磨环的金相组织异常情况及夹渣缺陷的产生原因进行了分析。通过对离心铸造喷水时机、孕育工艺、涂层厚度等参数研究,以及熔炼和热处理工艺参数的优化,成功消除了减磨环的金相组织异常情况及夹渣缺陷,提高了减磨环的成品率。
The causes of abnormal microstructure and inclusions in the centrifugal casting wearing ring were analyzed.The abnormal microstructure and inclusions were eliminated by selecting the optimized discharge time,inoculation process,the thickness of coating and optimizing melting and heat treatment process.The yield of wearing ring was increased.
