血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药阿齐沙坦的研究进展

阿齐沙坦是新型血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB),与其他ARB类药物相比,具有选择性高、降压效果显著、安全性高、耐受性好、不良反应少和心脑血管保护等优点,可单用或者与其他降压药联用,均表现出显著的疗效。近年来研究发现,阿齐沙坦在降压的同时有改善老年人抑郁症状、提高患者睡眠质量和潜在地改善代谢综合征等作用,主要不良反应为低血压、眩晕和腹泻。

Azilsartan is the latest angiotensinⅡreceptor blocker(ARB)for the treatment of hypertension.Compared with other ARB,it has high selectivity,significant antihypertensive effect,high safety,good tolerance,fewer adverse reactions,cardio and cerebro vascular protection,and so on.Azisartan can be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs,showing remarkable efficacy.In recent years,many studies had been found that azisartan could improve the depressive symptoms of the elderly,improve the sleep quality and potentially improve metabolic syndrome while reducing blood pressure.The main adverse reactions of azisartan are hypotension,dizziness and diarrhea.
