摘要
在建立健全森林增长指标考核制度,确保森林资源数量不断增加、质量不断提高的新时期生态文明建设的大背景下,探索省级森林面积年度出数的方法成为迫切需求.以广东省2016年、2017年森林资源宏观监测数据为基础,探讨基于遥感大样地省级森林面积年度出数的方案,结果表明:基于高分辨率遥感影像和群团抽样快速产出森林面积的方法基本可行,但准确反映森林面积年度变化量面临挑战.
Under the background of the new era of ecological civilization construction,it is urgent to explore the method of annual forest area counting at provincial level to establish and improve the assessment system of forest growth indicators,ensuring the continuous increase in the number and quality of forest resources.Based on the macro-monitoring data of forest resources in Guangdong Province in 2016 and 2017,this paper explores the method of provincial forest area annual output based on remote sensing large sample plots.The results show that the method of forest area output based on high-resolution remote sensing image and cluster sampling is basically feasible,but it is a challenge to accurately reflect the annual change of forest area.
