Ethical Reflection on Digital Money Payment Based on Block-chain Technology

区块链技术的广泛应用已经深刻改变着人们的世界观、价值观和思维方式。基于区块链技术的数字货币支付作为一种独立的去中心化的支付系统,既是当前市场经济条件下的技术新产物,也是满足个人、企业、组织进行交换和交易活动的新媒介。不过,作为一种新事物,基于区块链技术的数字货币支付又不可避免地面临着技术设计和商业应用等科技伦理层面的问题。因此,一方面需要对数字货币进行价值敏感性设计,另一方面则需要对数字货币的使用主体进行道德想象力的建设。从技伦伦理角度对数字货币支付进行考察和研究,有利于构建区块链技术环境下的商业模式和社会规则。

Digital money based on block-chain technology is a new payment technology innovation,because this digital payment system,not relying on third parties,is decentralized and trustworthy.In this study,the digital currency needs to start with the block-chain technology model to understand the form of the relationship between people and people,people and society in the area of block-chain technology,and then in regard to the technical design of digital money and commercial business,the ethical evaluation of the digital currency is put forward.This paper puts forward the path of ethical realization of digital money,that is,the value sensitivity design of digital money from the interior,and the construction of the moral imagination of the main body of digital money from the outside.The study of digital money payment from an ethical perspective helps to build business models and social rules in the block chain-technology environment.
