摘要
通过介绍样本医院在落实按病种付费过程中开展精细化考核的具体做法,并剖析其尚存在的挂件问题,旨在为主管部门进行按病种付费政策调整提供参考,也为医疗机构更好的落实政策和提高医疗服务质量提出建议。
Aiming at providing administrative department references for the policy adjustment on Diagnosis Related Group(DRG), it analyzed the sample hospital’s practice of implementing refined assessment in the DRG process, explored the existing problems, so as to propose suggestions for better implementing policies and promoting the medical service quality in medical institutions.
