在介绍了英国国家卫生服务体系(NHS)发展历史的基础上,重点分析了整合式国家卫生服务体系的建立和全科医生临床执业联盟的运行,并对NHS等待时间长、预算支出与卫生服务需求不均衡以及英国脱欧对NHS的挑战进行了分析与评价。中国无法复制英国模式,但建立整合式卫生服务体系是中国未来的发展方向。

Based on theintroduction of key elements of group purchasing organizations’ practices in the U.S., it compared the U.S. practice with the drug group purchasing practice in Shenzhen and summarized the similarities as well as differences. With considerations on the challenges Shenzhen currently facing in the drug group purchasing practice, policy recommendations were provided to improve the current group purchasing policies in Shenzhen, including establishing a market access mechanism for group purchasing organizations in China, enhancing the participation of multiple stakeholders in the product selection process, expanding the single function of group purchasing organizations to providing diversified value-added services, building a multi-communicative information platform for GPO based on big-data to improve monitoring.
