摘要
VERICUT软件具有模拟数控机床的实际运动,降低机床碰撞风险的功能。通过三维数字化设计技术快速创建四轴数控加工中心机床所需零部件的三维模型,对三轴数控机床已有成熟结构进行重新构建,设置运动部件的基本参数后即可对机械零件进行四轴数控加工仿真、,在接近真实的四轴数控加工中心模拟环境中检查其潜在的碰撞错误,对提高零件加工的成品率具有实际意义。
VERICUT can simulate the actual movement of CNC machine tools and reduce the collision risk.Through the 3D digital design technology,the 3D model of the parts needed in the 4-axis CNC machining center can be quickly createdand the old structure of the 3-axis CNC machine can be reconstructed.After setting the basic parameters of the moving parts,the four-axis NC machining simulation of the mechanical parts can be carried out.It is of practical significance to check the latent collision errors in the simulation environment of the four-axis NC machining center for improving the yield of parts.
