Evolution Law of the Network Public Sentiment on Emergency in Universities

本文对高校突发事件网络舆情成因及特点进行了梳理,阐述了舆情在“孕育一成长一成熟一衰退”这四个生命周期中的演进规律,剖析了影响舆情走向的多元因素。最后,由此提出了强化舆情研判预警机制、构建信息公开发布机制、加强平台协作联动机制、加强解释说明和反馈机制四项应对之策,以期为高校突发事件网络舆情危机处置提供意见参考。

In this paper,the causes and characteristics of the network public sentiment on the emergency in colleges and universities are analyzed,the evolution law of the public sentiment is described in four life cycles:gestation-growth-maturity-decline,and the factors that influence the trend of the public sentiment are analyzed.In the end,the paper puts forward four countermeasures to strengthen the mechanism of the public sentiment for early earning and judgment,to construct the mechanism for information disclosure and release,to strengthen the collaboration mechanism of the platform,to strengthen the mechanism for explanation and feedback,which is to serve as references for the disposal of the network public sentiment crisis on the emergency in colleges and universities.
