The progress and management suggestions of the action on fighting environmental violation of solid waste

为严厉打击固体废物倾倒长江等违法犯罪行为,坚决遏制固体废物非法转移和倾倒高发态势,生态环境部于2018年组织开展了打击固体废物环境违法行为专项行动(简称"清废行动2018")。本文对该专项行动的有关进展情况和存在问题进行梳理,并提出相应的管理建议。

In order to crack down on environmental violations such as dumping of solid waste into the Yangtze River,and to curb the illegal transfer and dumping of solid waste,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized the action on fighting environmental violation of solid waste in 2018(Referred to as Clean up Solid Waste Action 2018).The article sorted out the progress and problems of the action,and then put forward corresponding management suggestions.
