摘要
设计了一种针对脉冲激光信号的幅度、脉宽测量系统.首先利用光电二极管和跨导放大电路进行光电转化和电流-电压(I-V)放大,然后经由现场可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA)控制的高速ADC进行模拟-数字转换,最后对采集的数据进行运算处理,得到脉冲激光的幅度和脉宽值.结果表明系统可以达到测量脉冲激光信号的幅度和脉宽的目的,测量结果准确稳定.
In this paper,an amplitude and pulse width measurement system for the pulsed laser signals is designed.First,the photoelectric conversion and current-voltage(I-V)amplification are performed by using a photodiode and a transconductance amplifying circuit,and then the analog-to-digital conversion is performed through a high-speed ADC controlled by a field programmable logic array(FPGA),and finally the amplitude and pulse width of the pulse laser are obtained by calculating and processing the collected data.The results show that the system can achieve the purpose of measuring the amplitude and pulse width of the pulsed laser signal,and the measurement results are accurate and stable.
