摘要
目的开展慈溪市逍林地区自然村孳生环境白纹伊蚊成蚊的抗药性测定以及携带登革热病毒检测,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法2017年6-8月采集逍林镇4个自然村8个孳生环境的野外白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室饲养至成蚊,采用WHO推荐的接触筒法测定抗药性,用实时荧光RT-PCR法检测自然种群携带登革热病毒情况。结果将白纹伊蚊成蚊暴露于0.1%溴氰菊酯、3%高效氯氰菊酯、3%氯菊酯、0.44%双硫磷以及0.06%残杀威各1 h,24 h死亡率分别为92.8%~96.34%、97.78%~100%、98.33%~100%、98.46%~100%和98.33%~100%;从捕获的白纹伊蚊体内登革热病毒检测均为阴性。结论逍林地区白纹伊蚊成蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷和残杀威处于敏感水平,对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗性还需进一步确定,未检测到白纹伊蚊体内登革热病毒。
Objective To explore the resistance situation and dengue virus carriage of Aedes albopictus in Xiaolin Town of Cixi City,and provide scientific basis for the application of insecticides.Methods Larval mosquitoes were collected in 8 sites of Xiaolin Town from April to June of 2017,and reared to adults in the insectary,then tested based on the method recommended by WHO.Real-time fluorescent RT-PCR was used to detect the dengue virus carried by the field population of Ae.albopictus.Results Adult mosquitoes exposed to 0.1%decamethrin,3%cypermethrin,3%permethrin,0.44%temephos and 0.06%propoxur for 1 h,the mortalities 24 h later were 2.8%-96.34%、97.78%-100%,98.33%-100%,98.46%-100%and 98.33%-100%.There were no dengue virus detected out with qRT-PCR.Conclusion Aedes albopictus showed sensitive to cypermethrin,temephos and propoxur,further researches were needed to confirm the resistance to decamethrin and permethrin.Dengue virus was not detected out from Ae.albopictus tested.
