阴囊原发性平滑肌肉瘤1例并文献复习

Primary leiomyoma of scrotum: a case report and literature review

目的结合文献探讨阴囊原发性平滑肌肉瘤的临床特点及诊断、治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院收治的阴囊原发性平滑肌肉瘤1例并查阅复习文献资料,总结其病因、病理、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后特点。结果行根治性切除术,病理诊断为阴囊平滑肌肉瘤。随访6个月,未见复发及转移。结论阴囊原发性平滑肌肉瘤少见。诊断主要依靠病理诊断。治疗以根治性手术为主,根据肿瘤的范围、周围器官受累情况选择手术切除范围,需跟踪随访,早期预后效果较好。

Objective To discuss the the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of primary leiomyoma of scrotum.Methods The clinical data of 1 case of primary leiomyoma of the scrotum in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively,and the literature was reviewed to summarize its etiology,pathology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Results The patient underwent radical resection and the pathological diagnosis was leiomyoma of scrotum.Follow up for 6 months showed no recurrence or metastasis.Conclusion Primary leiomyoma of scrotum is rare,the diagnosis mainly depends on pathology,and the main treatment is radical operation.The resection scope should be selected according to the scope of the tumor and the involvement of the surrounding organs.Long-term followed-up is essential,and the early prognosis is better.
