双侧下肢同步同向训练对脑卒中恢复期平衡功能的作用效果

The effect of simultaneous training of bilateral lower limbs on the balance function in the recovery period of stroke

目的讨论双侧下肢同步同向训练对脑卒中恢复期平衡功能的作用。方法48例脑卒中恢复期且偏瘫下肢Brunnstrom分级达Ⅲ期以上患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各24例。两组患者均给予神经内科常规药物进行治疗,按照实际病情选择常规康复训练,观察组患者在此基础上给予神经发育疗法训练结合双侧下肢同步同向训练,对照组患者给予神经发育疗法训练。比较两组患者治疗前后功能性步行量表(FAC)、Berg平衡功能量表(BBS)评分及跌倒指数。结果治疗前,两组患者FAC评分、BBS评分、跌倒指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者FAC评分、BBS评分高于本组治疗前,跌倒指数低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者FAC评分(4.27±0.25)分、BBS评分(46.24±3.41)分高于对照组的(3.40±0.75)、(40.79±4.26)分,跌倒指数(78.21±10.02)分低于对照组的(88.67±10.47)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双下肢同步同向训练能够提高脑卒中恢复期患者的平衡功能,可广泛使用。

Objective To discuss the effect of simultaneous training of bilateral lower limbs on the balance function in the recovery period of stroke.Methods A total of 48 stroke patients in recovery period with Brunnstrom grade above stageⅢin hemiplegic lower limbs were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional medical treatment in neurology department and conventional rehabilitation training according to the actual condition.On this basis,patients in the observation group were given nerve development therapy training combined with simultaneous training of bilateral lower limbs,while patients in the control group were given nerve development therapy training.The Functional ambulation category scale(FAC),Berg balance scale(BBS)score and fall index before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FAC score,BBS score and fall index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FAC score and BBS score in the two groups was higher than those before treatment,and fall index was lower than those before treatment.The FAC score(4.27±0.25)points and BBS score(46.24±3.41)points in the observation group was higher than(3.40±0.75)and(40.79±4.26)points,and fall index(78.21±10.02)points was lower than(88.67±10.47)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous training of both lower limbs can improve the balance function of stroke patients in recovery period,which can be widely used.
