摘要
教育部2018年《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》(以下简称《国际》)对如何培养复合型外语人才提出了具体要求。针对我国外语界对复合型英语专业定位的分歧,以及此类专业课程设置存在的“两张皮”现象,本文通过问卷和访谈,对中国政法大学历届英语专业毕业生的课程需求进行调研分析;在此基础上结合《国标》原则,尝试建构英语+法律的复合专业课程体系。研究表明,建构法律英语专业课程体系应该:(1)打破法律和英语课程模块分割,将法律知识植入英语语言技能中,实现英语+法律的真正合;(2)加强法律英语课程内部及其与中文法律课程间的衔接和过渡;(3)增加法律实务与实践课程,遨请法律人进课堂与教师共同授课;(4)加强研究方法、中西文化比较等通识课程,培养学生的研究创新能力与中国情怀。
Early in 2018,The Ministry of Education issued The National Standards fo r Undergraduate Education Quality in Higher Education Institutes,which has set clear requirements for the cultivation of compound English talents.The article first comments on the disputed positioning of compound English education and it*s the disintegrated curriculum system.Based on a needs analysis of the graduates majored in legal English at China Uinversity of Political Science and Law,as well as the 2018 National Standards,the author proposes a tentative curriculum for legal English education,intending to(1)breaks the disciplinary boundary between English and Law in compound education;(2)forges cohesive links within legal English courses and between English and Chinese course on law;(3)adds more practical components which are co-o£fered by teachers and law practitioners;and(4)includes course like Research Methods and Comparative Cultures to strengthen students research ability and their national identities.
