中国引领全球生态文明建设的路径探索

全球生态系统紧密相连,相互依存,哪个国家也不能独善其身,因此全球生态文明建设和经济全球化一样是历史的必然趋势。在这个大的时代背景下,党的十九大报告将生态文明提升到“中华民族千年大计”的高度,并根据自身发展阶段的国情,以习近平生态文明思想作为指引,率先提出生态文明理念并步入生态文明新时代。生态文明具有的特殊属性正契合中国五大发展理念和“五位一体”的发展布局,顺应世界发展的潮流。随着“人类命运共同体”理念和“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,生态文明之花必将在全世界绽放。在改革开放的过程中,中国由改革开放初期世界上可持续发展理念的追随者、学习者,正逐步转变为全球生态文明的创新者和引领者。当前中国在生态文明理念和制度上都具有引领优势,亟需通过归纳分析,逻辑演绎,尝试对中国引领全球生态文明建设的路径进行探索。

Since global ecosystems are interconnected and interdependent,no country can be separated from others.And the construction of global ecological civilization is an inevitable historical trend like economic globalization.In this context,ecological civilization is raised to an unprecedented height of"Chinese nation's millennium plan"in the report on the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Besides,according to the national conditions and development stage,guided by Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought,the concept of ecological civilization is put forward for the first time and China steps into a new era of ecological civilization.The special properties of ecological civilization exactly conform to China's five development concepts and development layout of"five-sphere integrated plan"as well as the trend of global development.As the idea of"community with a shared future for mankind"and the"One Belt and One Road"Initiative are deeply implemented,ecological civilization is sure to be spread all over the world.During the process of the reform and opening up,China is changing from a follower and learner of the concept of world's sustainable development in the early stage to an innovator and leader of global ecological civilization.At present,China has leading advantages in the concept and system of ecological civilization.It is necessary to explore the path that China leads the construction of global ecological civilization through inductive analysis and logical deduction.
