摘要
在反思批判当前管理危机的基础上,分析了由于信仰文化缺失而导致的一系列管理困境,提出了“回归信仰”的管理实践转向。通过总结提炼道家思想精髓,以哲学视角从价值层、存在层、实践层分析并建构了“道本信仰型”企业文化的逻辑体系,并提出了“道本信仰型”企业文化“三力模型”与实践路径,以期激活企业的主体意识,使其自悟、自省、自律、自践,履行企业社会责任,促进市场经济和社会的健康发展。
On the basis of reflecting on and criticizing the current management crisis,the paper analyzes a range of management predicaments for lack of a faith culture and proposes the turn of management practice to'the return of belief'.By summarizing and distilling the essence of the Taoism thoughts,the essay also,from a philosophical view,analyzes and constructs the logic of the Taoism-based faith corporate culture at the levels of value,existence and practice.It also puts forward the Three-force Model and practice approaches of such a culture,which intends to invigorate the initiative of businesses so that they can have self-awareness,conduct self-reflection,exercise self-discipline and practice on their own accord,promoting the healthy development of market economy and corporate organizations.
