高等职业教育研究机构建设的对策研究

Countermeasure Study on strengthening Construction of Research Institutions in Higher Vocational Education

作为高职院校内设的重要科研机构,高职教育研究机构建设目前尚处于初级阶段,针对当前部分高职院校对教育研究机构建设的不重视及机构功能定位不准确等突出问题,提出要找准定位、明确职能、加强队伍建设、提升科研能力等对策建议,以期为高职教育研究机构建设提供借鉴和参考,为高职院校科学决策提供智力支撑,为其改革发展提供保障。

It is absolutely true that as an important research institute in higher vocational colleges,constructing higher vocational education research institutes is still in its infant stage.It seems that there are some problems in vocational colleges,such as neglecting establishment of educational research institutes and inaccurate orientation of their functions.Therefore,the paper tries to recommend some countermeasures.The purpose is to find the correct orientation,clarify the functions,strengthen the team building and promote scientific research.In order to provide reference for the construction of higher vocational education research institutions,it is necessary to provide intellectual support for scientific decision-making and provide guarantee for the reform and development of vocational colleges.
