学报视角下高职院校教师科研能力提升研究——以长江职业学院为例

Study on Improving Teachers’ Scientific Research Ability from Perspective of College Journal:Taking Changjiang Polytechnic as Example

学报具有反映本校教学科研水平和促进对外学术交流的功能,学报与高职院校的教学科研水平之间有着紧密的联系。文章阐述高职院校科研论文产出状况和学报之间的关联度,分析学报校内教师来稿情况,指出高职院校教师科研能力存在的问题,并从学报视角提出了提升教师科研能力的三点建议:进行学术质量的把关,促成教师树立严谨的学术作风、养成严谨的科研态度;进行特色栏目建设,引导教师的学术方向,形成高质量的科研成果;加强审稿人队伍建设,帮助教师提升科研能力。

It is well-known that college journal has the functions of reflecting on the science and education level.On the other hand,it also can improve international academic exchange for the college,which has a close relationship with the science and education level of higher vocational colleges.The paper tries to describe the correlation degree between the quantity of scientific paper and the college journal,and analyze the manuscripts of the college journal from the college.On the other hand,the paper also tries to demonstrate the problems and put forward some suggestions to a college journal from the perspective of promoting teachers’ teaching and research ability.The purpose is to conduct quality control and encourage the teachers to establish rigorous academic working style.Also,it is important to cultivate prudent scientific attitude and construct some characteristics column in order to guide teachers’ academic orientation.Certainly,it is essential to achieve high quality academic achievements and strengthen construction of reviewer team to help teachers improve scientific research ability.
