丙烯酸酯共聚物/磷酸酯复配体系阻垢作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,丙二醇甲醚为溶剂,采用自由基溶液聚合法制备AA/HPA/AMPS聚合物阻垢剂,并与羟基乙叉二磷酸(HEDP)、氨基三亚甲基叉磷酸(ATMPA),柠檬酸以质量比为3∶3∶2∶1配制复配型阻垢剂。通过电导法测阻垢率,利用SEM观察硫酸钡晶体表面的变化。结果证明,在BaCl 2浓度0.1 mol/L时,复配型阻垢剂阻垢率可达97.54%,比丙烯酸酯聚合物平均高出28%。加入复配型阻垢剂BaSO 4晶体的立方体结构被破坏,垢样呈现松散无序、晶格畸变和扭曲的现象。 AA/HPA/AMPS was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization using acrylic acid (AA),hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomer,propylene glycol methyl ether as solvent.The preparation of AA/HPA/AMPS polymer scale inhibitor,and prepared with hydroxyethylidene diphosphate (HEDP),amino trimethylene cross phosphate ( ATMPA ),citric acid in a ratio of 3 ∶3 ∶2 ∶1 compound scale inhibitor.The scale inhibition rate was measured by conductivity method,and the surface change of barium sulfate crystal was observed by SEM.The results show that the scale inhibition rate of the compound type scale inhibitor can reach 97.54% when the concentration of BaCl2 is 0.1 mol/L,which is 28% higher than the average of the acrylate polymer.The cubic structure of the BaSO4 crystal with the addition of the scale inhibitor was destroyed,and the scale showed loose and disordered lattice distortion and distortion.
