Analysis of corrosion factors and discussion of protection countermeasures of long-distance buried oil and gas pipeline

目前长输地埋油气管道已成为石油与天然气行业采用的主要流体输送手段,因此管道防腐及维护管理是保障其输送安全的重要措施。从五个方面分析了引起管道腐蚀的相关因素,探析了腐蚀机理,探讨了油气管道的防护技术,提出了管道防护技术的质量控制措施,对确保油气管道的安全运行具有十分重要的现实意义。

At present,long-distance buried oil and gas pipeline had become the main means of fluid transportation in oil and natural gas industry,so pipeline anticorrosion and maintenance management is an important measure to ensure its transportation safety.The related factors causing pipeline corrosion were analyzed from five aspects,the corrosion mechanism was analyzed,the protection technology of oil and gas pipeline was discussed,and the quality control measures of pipeline protection technology were put forward,which is of great practical significance to ensure the safe operation of oil pipeline.
