一种煤层气井井筒缓蚀阻垢剂的研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 鄂东煤层气田东缘某区块煤层气井井筒存在严重的腐蚀结垢问题,通过对现场的采出液、气及腐蚀结垢产物进行分析,确定结垢作用下CO2腐蚀,针对性的研制了MHA-B缓蚀阻垢剂。通过挂片失重法、高温高压反应釜实验和EDTA滴定方法分别对缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀性能和阻垢效能进行评价。结果表明,通过优选实验证明MHA-B缓蚀阻垢剂在该区块具有良好的缓蚀阻垢效果,阻垢效率达到95%,缓蚀速率降低到0.0580 mm/a,缓蚀率达到95%,在现场试验中的缓蚀阻垢效果显著。 There is a serious problem of corrosion and scaling in the wellbore of a CBM well in a block on the eastern margin of the Ordos basin.Through the analysis of the production liquid,gas and corrosion scale product,we found that it is CO2 corrosion.Through these efforts,we have developed the MHA-B corrosion and scale inhibitor.The corrosion inhibition performance and scale inhibition efficiency of the corrosion and scale inhibitor were evaluated by the hanging weight loss method,the high temperature and high pressure reactor experiment and the EDTA titration method.The result indicated that the MHA-B corrosion and scale inhibitor has good corrosion and scale inhibition effect in this zone,the scale inhibition efficiency reaches 95%,the corrosion inhibition rate decreases to 0.0580 mm/a,and the corrosion inhibition rate reaches 95%,in the field test,the effect of corrosion and scale inhibition is remarkable.
