摘要
针对除尘风机在应用现场难以实现风量实时监测的问题,利用风机运行特性和相似理论,对用风机功率推算风量进行理论推导,提出面向实际应用的简化处理方法,并研究风量推算基础数据表的构建和风量推算算法。利用KCS550除尘风机进行试验验证,结果表明:该方法的误差在5%以内,能够满足现场应用需要。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to realize real-time monitoring of air volume in the application site of dust removal fan,the calculation of air volume by fan power is deduced theoretically by using fan operation characteristics and similarity theory,and a simplified treatment method for practical application is put forward,and the construction of basic data table for air volume calculation and the algorithm of air volume calculation are studied.The experimental results show that the error of this method is less than 5%and can meet the needs of field application.
