摘要
针对某汽车起重机车架结构,运用Patran软件建立了有限元仿真模型,通过力学理论初步计算车架几何特性参数与老款车型对比,运用有限元仿真进行验证轻量化设计的可行性。理论计算结果与有限元计算结果满足车架工况使用要求。因此,该理论计算与仿真计算能满足车架轻量化设计的要求,为汽车起重机车架轻量化设计提供了更重要的基础。
In order to reduce the failure of scraping chain and traction chain of SGZ800/800 scraper conveyor,the structural parameters of scraper conveyor are introduced,the causes of chain fault are analyzed theoretically,and the improvement and optimization measures are put forward.The application shows that the optimization effect of chain is ideal,which significantly reduces the incidence of scraping chain and traction chain fault,which is of great significance to the continuous production of mine.
