摘要 以ZFS3200型液压支架掩护梁为研究对象,建立了掩护梁的仿真模型,对掩护梁的结构强度进行分析研究,找到了掩护梁作业过程中的变形规律及在上主板、底部筋板、铰接耳等部位存在的薄弱点,并提出了掩护梁结构优化改进的措施,这对提高液压支架的工作安全性具有重要意义,也为后期进一步开展掩护梁的结构改进提供了参考。 Taking the shield beam of ZFS3200 hydraulic support as the research object,the shield beam model is built and the structural strength analysis of the shield beam is carried out.The deformation law of the shield beam in the operation process and the weaknesses in the upper main board,the bottom rib plate and the articulated ear are found.The measures for optimizing and improving the structure of the shield beam are put forward.This is of great significance to improve the working safety of hydraulic support,and also provides a reference for further structural improvement of shield beam in the later stage.
