摘要
在建立掘进机截割部模型的基础上,对无水射流和水射流两种条件下掘进机截割部的动力学特征进行数值模拟研究,得到了主要组成构件的振动加速度演变规律和影响因素,由此得出“在水射流条件下各个主要构件的振动特征有所改善”的结论。
Based on the model of cutting part of roadheader,the dynamic characteristics of cutting part of roadheader under the conditions of waterless jet and water jet are studied by numerical simulation.The evolution law of vibration acceleration and the influencing factors of the main components are obtained,and the vibration characteristics of the main components under the condition of water jet are obtained.
