摘要 针对掘进机在复杂工况下由于剧烈的振动引起的电控箱元件失效破坏等问题,以EBZ220SZD800/11G型掘进机为研究对象,对掘进机的电控箱减振器进行了一定的研究。分析了隔振器的受力情况,优化了减振器,并对优化后的减振器的强度、减振效果进行分析,得出“优化后的掘进机电控箱减振器减振效果较优化前有了一定的提升”的结论,可见优化较为成功,可进一步提高掘进机的安全性和工作效率。 In order to solve the problem of failure and damage of electronic control box components caused by severe vibration of roadheader under complex working conditions,this paper takes ebz220SZD800/11G roadheader as the research object,studies the electronic control box shock absorber of roadheader,analyses the force of the isolator,and optimizes the shock absorber.The strength and effect of the optimized shock absorber are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the optimization.It has made some contribution to solve the problems caused by the violent vibration of the electronic control box,and provided a reference scheme.
