选煤厂设备故障诊断系统的改进设计研究

Study on the Improvement of the Equipment Fault Diagnosis System in the Coal Preparation Plant

针对用于选煤厂设备故障诊断的一种相对智能的程序诊断系统——专家系统,分别从软硬件系统详细分析该系统的设计过程与应用测试效果。结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,能对选煤厂设备进行实时检测和监控,可较好地满足选煤厂设备的故障诊断检测需求。

Aiming at the expert system,which is a relatively intelligent program diagnosis system for equipment fault diagnosis in coal preparation plant,the design process and application test effect of the system are analyzed in detail from the software and hardware systems.The results show that the system is stable and reliable,which can detect and monitor the equipment of coal preparation plant in real time,and can meet the fault diagnosis and detection requirements of coal preparation plant equipment.
