机械松动导致风机振动的诊断

摘要 针对风机叶轮侧轴承座水平振幅异常、噪音大的问题,对风机运行进行检测,并分析其振动异常的原因。经过分析得出:零部件机械松动带来的摩擦和剐蹭使轴承在转动过程中产生不均衡是导致振动异常的根本原因。对风机振动异常的诊断,有助于及时找出问题所在,提高检修效率和准确度,延长风机的使用寿命。 In order to solve the problems of abnormal horizontal amplitude and high noise of bearing seat on the side of fan impeller,the operation of fan is detected and the causes of abnormal vibration are analyzed.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the friction and rubbing caused by the loosening of the parts and components lead to the imbalance of the bearing in the process of rotation,which is the root cause of the abnormal vibration.The diagnosis of abnormal vibration of fan is helpful to find out the problem in time,improve the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance,and prolong the service life of fan.
