基于牵引线位移传感器的巷道收敛性监测系统的应用

摘要 介绍了一种以控制圆板、倾斜传感器和拉丝位移传感器为数据采集装置的连续横断面监测系统。该系统具有连续监测、安装方便、无人为干扰、无安全漏洞、不干扰隧道或巷道正常运行等优点,可满足隧道或漂移的测量要求,测量频率任意,测量误差小,精度可达0.01。该监测系统在山西某煤矿的使用经验表明,该系统对断面变形监测效果较好。 A continuous cross-section monitoring system based on the control of circular plate,tilt sensor and wire-drawing displacement sensor is introduced.The system has the advantages of continuous monitoring,convenient installation,no interference,no security hole,no interference with the normal operation of the tunnel or the roadway,etc.The system can meet the measurement requirements of the tunnel or the drift,the measurement frequency is arbitrary,the measurement error is small,and the precision can reach 0.01.The use experience of the monitoring system in a coal mine shows that the system has good monitoring effect on section deformation.
