摘要
针对南煤龙川电厂原循环流化床锅炉能耗高的问题,在研究循环流化床锅炉参数的基础上,对锅炉点火系统及布风板进行改造,并对改造后的性能和经济效益进行分析。改造后的锅炉启动能耗有所降低,循环流化床锅炉启动时间相对减少,锅炉的燃烧效率得到提升,从而达到了节能效果。
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption of the original circulating fluidized bed boiler,on the basis of studying the parameters of the circulating fluidized bed boiler in Longchuan Power Plant,the ignition system and air distribution plate of the boiler are reformed,and the performance and economic benefit after the revamping are analyzed.After revamping,the start-up energy consumption of the reformed boiler is reduced,the start-up time of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is relatively reduced,and the combustion efficiency of the boiler is improved,thus achieving the effect of energy saving.
