摘要
针对双柳煤矿二采区回采掘进巷道底鼓严重的现象,现通过现场实测、实验分析、试验应用的方法,对巷道泥岩底板取样进行了X射线实验及电镜显微实验,分析了构造与支护条件,提出了底板锚注联控支护技术。研究表明:泥岩层中较高含量的蒙脱石与高岭石是底鼓的本质原因,加之断层构造沟通地下水及底板无支护,导致底板变形严重;经锚注技术试验后,巷道底鼓量最大程度降低了约91%。
In view of the serious phenomenon of roadway bottom heave in No.2 mining area of Shuangliu Coal Mine,X-ray experiment and electron microscope microexperiment are carried out on mudstone floor sampling of roadway by means of field measurement,experimental analysis and test application,the structure and supporting conditions are analyzed,and the bolting and grouting combined support technology of floor is put forward.The results show that the high content of montmorillonite and kaolinite in mudstone is the essential reason of bottom heave,and the fault structure communicates with groundwater and floor without support,which leads to serious deformation of floor,and after the test of anchor and injection technology,the amount of bottom bulge in roadway is reduced by about 91%.
