摘要
介绍井工成套设备配置及刮板输送机负载情况,通过对该矿井工输送系统进行分析,针对井工成套设备煤量负荷理论进行计算,基于刮板输送机煤流负荷制定调速策略,从而达到节能降耗、降低磨损的目的。
The equipment configuration of the well and the load of the scraper conveyor are introduced.By analyzing the transportation system of the mine,the load theory of the coal of the well is calculated,and the speed regulation strategy is established based on the load of the coal flow of the scraper conveyor,so as to achieve the energy-saving and consumption reduction.And the purpose of abrasion is reduced.
