摘要
介绍了过轨式起重机的对轨装置的组成、工作原理和技术现状,并通过增加无线视频传输系统和改进轨触发信号采集装置,对某公司生产的FHLX型磨煤机过轨式起重机进行改造。将无线视频传输技术成功应用于过轨式起重机对轨,可降低操作人员的疲劳度,提高过轨式起重机自动对轨的可靠性和安全性。
The composition,working principle and technical status of the rail-to-rail device of the over-rail crane are introduced,and through the addition of the wireless video transmission system and the improved rail trigger signal acquisition device,the over-rail type crane of the FHLX type coal mill produced by a company is modified.The wireless video transmission technology is successfully applied to the rail of the over-rail type crane,the fatigue degree of the operator is reduced,and the reliability and the safety of the rail-type crane are improved automatically.
