MG2×125/560-WD型采煤机的自主维修

摘要 针对挖金湾虎龙沟煤业公司对创力MG2×125/560-WD型电牵引采煤机进行的自主维修实践,对采煤机左右截割、牵引部启动、漏电检测回路和移动变电站漏电检测工作原理及相应故障进行了分析,并对漏电保护控制回路的改进设计及其效果进行了研究,表明采煤机的自主维修效果理想,有效提高了该矿采煤机的维修效率。 The research on the self-maintenance of the motor-driven MG2-125/560-WD electric traction coal-mining machine was carried out for the first-generation MG2-125/560-WD type electric traction coal mining machine of the Longgugou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.The operation principle and corresponding fault of the right and left cutting of the coal mining machine,the starting of the traction part,the leakage detection circuit and the leakage detection of the mobile substation and the corresponding faults are analyzed,the design of the leakage protection control loop is improved,and its effects.The self-service effect of the coal mining machine is ideal,and the maintenance efficiency of the coal mining machine is effectively improved.
