摘要
为了降低工作面粉尘浓度,减少工人身体危害,积极响应国家号召,分别对矿用喷雾站自动控制系统的控制器、喷雾泵以及传感器进行了选型设计,简述了矿用喷雾站结构构成和工作原理,采用昆仑通态人机界面作为控制系的人机界面,通过试验调试,设备的参数设定与给定值匹配性强,说明矿用喷雾站自动控制系统实现了喷雾调节自动化和智能化。
In order to reduce the dust concentration of workers and reduce the hazards of workers,we actively respond to the call of the state,and briefly describe the structure and working principle of mine spray stations.The controller,spray pump and sensor of the automatic control system of the mine spray station are selected and designed respectively.The Kunlun state is used as the man-machine interface of the control system.Through the test and debugging,the parameter settings of the equipment match with the given value.The automatic control system of mine spray station has realized the automation and intellectualization of spray regulation.
