摘要 SSJ1000-2×160型皮带输送机在运行过程中以恒速的方式运行,由于综采作业过程中的综采效率不一,导致输送带经常处于空载状态运行,造成了严重的能量浪费。因此,为了提升输送带的利用率,提高物料运输的经济性,提出了一种基于非定常调速法的输送机节能控制系统。通过在SSJ1000-2×160型皮带输送机上的实际应用表明该调速控制系统能够有效降低输送机在运行过程中的能量消耗。 SSJ1000-2×160 belt conveyor runs at constant speed in the process of operation.Due to the different fully mechanized mining efficiency in the process of fully mechanized mining,the conveyor belt is often in no-load state,resulting in serious energy waste.Therefore,in order to improve the utilization rate of conveyor belt and improve the economy of material transportation,an energy-saving control system of conveyor based on unstable speed regulation method is proposed.The practical application in SSJ1000-2×160 belt conveyor shows that the speed control system can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor in the process of operation.
