摘要 为了更加强化重介质浅槽分选机效率高、处理量大、使用性强、介质少、次煤少等优点,使其分选精度得到进一步提升、适应范围更为广泛,在重介质浅槽分选机中引入PID模糊控制。通过充分分析PID模糊控制的控制原理与规则,结合实验验证了基于PID模糊控制的控制系统能使重介质浅槽分选机的分选精度和分选效率。 In order to strengthen the high efficiency of the medium-shallow groove sorting machine,the processing capacity is large,the use is strong,the medium is small,the secondary coal is less and the like,the separation precision is further improved,the adaptation range is wider,and the PID fuzzy control is introduced in the heavy medium shallow groove sorting machine.By fully analyzing the control principle and rules of the PID fuzzy control,the paper proves that the control system based on the PID fuzzy control can make the sorting precision and the sorting efficiency of the heavy medium shallow groove sorting machine.
