霍尔辛赫矿风井通风机监控系统技术的讨论

摘要 针对矿井传统通风机倒机过程困难以及定期维修检查所导致的工作繁琐等问题,以霍尔辛赫矿风井KJZ-5型通风机监控系统为讨论对象,从设计及操作流程方面入手进行了详细说明。该监控系统针对矿井通风机倒机过程可以实现精确控制,并对通风机整个运行期间的状态进行实时监测,保证了通风机设备的可靠安全运行,为矿井通风机的维护及管理提供了参考。 Aiming at the difficulties in the process of traditional ventilator blowdown in the mine and the tedious work caused by regular maintenance and inspection,the kjz-5 ventilator monitoring system in the air shaft of holxinhe mine is taken as the discussion object,and the detailed explanation is made from the aspects of design and operation flow.This monitoring system can realize accurate control of the falling process of mine ventilator,and monitor the state of ventilator in real time during the whole operation period,so as to ensure the reliable and safe operation of ventilator equipment and provide reference for the maintenance and management of mine ventilator.
