摘要
以ZY15000/29/63的大采高液压支架为例对制造工艺进行分析。主要针对目前液压支架制造各个工艺流程,例如对钢板选择及工艺处理、钢板的下料方式、坡口的加工工艺、焊接之前的预热方式、结构件焊接方式、立柱缸筒加工工艺、活柱和活塞杆加工工艺及装配进行着重分析。
This paper takes the hydraulic support with large mining height as an example to analyze and improve its manufacturing technology.This paper analyses the current manufacturing process of hydraulic support,and the selection and processing of steel plate,the cutting mode of steel plate,the processing technology of groove,the preheating mode before welding,the welding mode of structural parts,the processing technology of cylinder cylinder,the processing technology and assembly of movable column and piston rod.
